This policy explains what personal data the Fundación Buceo Inclusivo website handles, why, and how you can ask us to delete it.

Who we are

Fundación Buceo Inclusivo is a non-profit organization in El Salvador that promotes the inclusion of people with disabilities through adaptive scuba diving. Privacy contact: [email protected].

What data we handle

If you write to us through the contact form

• Your name, your email, your phone number (optional), the topic you choose and your message.
• The IP address and browser you send it from, to prevent abuse.

We use them only to answer you and, if you want to dive or volunteer, to coordinate with you. We do not sell them or use them for advertising.

Please do not send medical information or details about a disability through the form. If it is needed to prepare a class safely, we talk about it in person, with you or your family.

Photos and videos of our sessions

At some sessions we take photos and videos that we publish on this website and on our social media. If you do not want to appear, tell the team during the session. If you already appear in a published photo, write to us and we will remove it. For children and teenagers, we ask for the permission of their mother, father or legal guardian.

Our team

We publish the name, photo, role and certifications of the foundation's volunteers, with their permission. Anyone can ask us to change or remove their data.

Browsing

The website only uses technical cookies: form security, your time zone to show you dates, your language choice and the admin panel session. We do not use advertising or analytics cookies.

Who we share data with

Only with the providers the website needs to work:

• International Technologies SAS de CV (Geeks): built the website and hosts it free of charge for the foundation.
• Amazon Web Services: stores the images.
• Cloudflare: network and protection of the website.
• SendGrid: sends the team a notice of each contact form message.
• Google Fonts: loads the fonts, so it sees your IP address.

Some of these providers process data outside El Salvador.

How long we keep it

• Contact form messages, while they are useful to answer you or coordinate with you.
• Photos of our sessions, while they remain published; we remove them if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask for access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to [email protected]. We reply within 30 days.
